RULES AND REGULATIONS REGARDING EXAMINATION
The examination committee is constituted at the college level with a senior faculty as the convenor. The committee comprises of members from different departments of the institute. The committee works towards all examination related work throughout the year. The parent body i.e. University of Mumbai makes all announcements related to examination from the Board of Examination. The final year and Post Graduate examinations are conducted by the University of Mumbai and the First year and second year examinations are conducted at the college level.
The directions regarding the forms of the students, fees, internal evaluation, assessment, revaluation and all other work related to examination are operated and managed by the committee members. The Convenor is in communication with the University as well as the cluster college and manages all work related to examination in a smooth manner. The examination committee follows all ethical practices and values and is very transparent in its affairs. The administration, IQAC Head and Non-teaching staff contribute totally for the successful running of the examination schedule right from registration through forms till the distribution of the degree certificates. Unfair Means committee:
Unfair Means Committee is constituted by the Principal of the college
The committee prepares a list of students caught for adopting unfair means during examination.
The physical proof along with student’s undertaking is submitted to Unfair Means Committee by the examination committee
All such cases are scrutinized by committee in presence of Junior & Senior Supervisor.
The report is prepared in accordance with provisions by University of Mumbai regarding unfair Means.
Final report is prepared & presented before Principal.

Code of conduct for students during examination:
Report 20 minutes before the commencement of examination.
Candidates shall strictly follow all instructions given by the block supervisor.
Candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall after 30 minutes of commencement of examination.
Candidates will not be permitted to leave examination hall within first 30 minutes and last 10 minutes of examination scheduled time.
Candidates shall carry valid Hall Ticket/ ID Card in examination hall.
Candidates shall not carry any copying material or adopt any unfair practice in examination hall.
Candidates should not resort to use of unfair means while attempting the examination. College will initiate action for use of unfair means as per university rules and regulations.
Candidates should bring their own writing material, scale, eraser and other required items.
Writing pads will not be permitted in the examination hall.
Copying is strictly prohibited. If a student is found copying from other candidate's answer paper or from copy material brought in the examination hall, the supervisor will report the matter to the Senior supervisor. Thereafter, necessary action will be taken by the Unfair Means Committee.
Carrying hand-written or printed material in person in the examination hall is prohibited. If a student is found with such material, this will be considered as intention to copy and will be reported by the supervisor, irrespective of whether the student has copied or not.
Candidates should not write anything on their hands or any other part of the body. This act will be considered as an intention of copying.
Any writing on the desk or on the wall is an act of copying and should be reported to the supervisor.
Candidates should not write anything on the question paper. Last page of the answer book may be used for rough work.
Carrying answer books or supplements outside the examination hall is strictly prohibited and is a punishable offence.
Discipline must be maintained in the examination hall. Students should not talk among themselves, as this also amounts to copying.
