About Cultural Committee

The Cultural Committee of K.B. College is one of the most active committees in the college. We believe in developing the personality of students and grooming their young minds with the rich culture of values and empower them to face the future. Bearing this in mind, the cultural committee takes immense efforts to conduct several activities throughout the year. Student members of the committee are motivated to work under the guidance of the faculty and get a first-hand experience in getting trained to manage events. The President and Secretary along with their student council team and faculty chart out a series of events which give an appropriate platform to the students to showcase their talents. The team motivates the students to actively participate in intra-collegiate and inter-collegiate events, as a result, students have won several inter-collegiate prizes. The efforts taken by the committee has borne fruit after the students have won prizes at the Zonal round as well as Final round of Cultural Youth Festival of University of Mumbai. The Gala event of the year is the annual fest- ‘Harsh Utsav’, in which students participate in large numbers and enjoy immensely. The Cultural team of students have ample opportunity to build leadership quality and test their managerial skills.
