I hereby agree if, admitted to abide by the rules and regulations at present in force, or that may hereafter, be made for the administration of the college and I undertake that so long as I am the student of the college, I will do nothing either inside or outside the college, that will interfere with its orderly working, discipline and anti-ragging policy. Passing and mark certificates of the university degree examination/board examination passed must be produced at the time of admission. Transfer Certificate from the previous college/school leaving certificate/final eligibility Certificate of the Mumbai University, as the case may be must be produced at the time of admission, otherwise the admission shall be provisional. If transfer/eligibility certificate is not submitted to the college, the admission is liable to be cancelled. If my admission is cancelled as per the rules and regulation of the college, I shall not have any grievance whatsoever. I hereby solemnly undertake that I will not indulge in any behaviour or act may be constituted as misconduct which includes;
1. Criminal Activity with the support of outsiders with criminals and anti-social elements of the society. 2. Violation of Information Technology Act, cyber offences like creating/participating in website/blogs condemning institute. 3. Defamation or scandalous statements against the fellow students, institute and Institute authorities or staff. I will not participate in or abet or propagate through any act of commission or omission that may constituted as misconduct. 4. I promise to put maximum efforts in academics and other activities towards my personal and institutional growth and development 5. The admission and examination rules and regulations of Mumbai University will be applicable as and when amended from time to time for the purpose of eligibility. The above activities are only illustrative and not exhaustive or inclusive of all acts of misconduct. I hereby undertake to attend minimum 75% of lectures in the college.
